Patient Forum

We ran a survey in February 2012 to ask patients their opinion on a number of issues.

The issues were selected by patients who are part of the Practice's Virtual Patient Forum. These included clinical care, telephone access, access to appointments and referrals to secondary care.

Below are two documents. The Local Patient Participation Report explains the process that was taken to involve you as patients in this excercise.

The Patient Survey Results and Action plan shows the results of the survey that was carried out and the Action Plan that has been developed to follow through with the suggested changes.

Join Our Virtual Patient Forum

We have set up a Virtual Patient Forum to discuss possible changes to the Practice and ensure we are serving the needs of the practice population.

Being part of the virtual forum will mean that you will be consulted about which areas are most important to you about the service the practice provides. You will be asked to input into developing future Patient Surveys and reviewing the results of any surveys. You will be asked to comment on and input into any Action Plans which are developed as a result of a Patient Survey.

Our last face-to-face patient forum was on the 28th May 2010 regarding the processes for getting repeat prescriptions.
