Gracefield Gardens GP Centre
The practice runs a Walk-In Service Monday to Friday 8am -8pm.
This service is aimed at members of the public who do not have a GP locally and need to see a doctor.
This includes patients:
Patients who are registered locally should contact their GP practice for an appointment first.
They should only use the Walk-in Service if their GP practice can not fit them in and their practice has recommended they use the Walk-in service because their problems requires urgent attention.
Patients registered with The Exchange Surgery should phone the surgery for an appointment, (see appointment page for how to book an appointment).
If you feel your condition is urgent and we do not have any appointment left you will be asked to explain your symptoms. The receptionist will then check with the doctor to see if it is urgent enough to be see as an extra through the practice. You will only be advised to use the walk-in service in emergencies when we do not have a doctor available.
On weekends and bank holidays if you have an urgent problem that you feel can not wait until we re-open then the walk-in service is available.
8am - 8pm
